NZQA requires all files to be saved as separate files, clearly labelled with what they are, and uploaded individually during the application process. Documents with multiple pages must be saved as one file. For example, a transcript with multiple pages must be saved as one file. 2. All documents must be legible, coloured, scanned digital copies. If your original document is in colour, then you must upload a colour copy. NZQA does not accept black and white copies of colour originals. If the original document is in black and white, make a note of this during the application process with NZQA. 3. The scans must be of the complete document with no missing edges, corners or information. 4. Documents must be scanned on the back as well if they contain any information, such as stamps, seal, or instructions. 5. Documents do not need to be certified as long as NZQA receives identical colour copies of the original.

NZTA/AA does NOT accept the digital driver licence from Brazil to convert to the NZ licence. You'll need to send us the digital format of your hardcopy/physical licence for translation.

Most types of visa applications are done online nowadays. We recommend that you check if you need hardcopy translations.

We don't post hardcopy translation of driver licence anymore. To drive in New Zealand and Australia and/or convert your overseas driver licence, there is **NO** need to order hardcopy translation. For your driver licence translation to be accepted in New Zealand and/or Australia, all you need is to print your translation in COLOUR, front and back or on two pages stapled together in the same order as the translation in PDF

You apply for NZQA assessment online, so you are required to send your translations in PDF format through the NZQA website. Therefore, hardcopy translations are **NOT** requested by NZQA
