NZQA requires all files to be saved as separate files, clearly labelled with what they are, and uploaded individually during the application process. Documents with multiple pages must be saved as one file. For example, a transcript with multiple pages must be saved as one file. 2. All documents must be legible, coloured, scanned digital copies. If your original document is in colour, then you must upload a colour copy. NZQA does not accept black and white copies of colour originals. If the original document is in black and white, make a note of this during the application process with NZQA. 3. The scans must be of the complete document with no missing edges, corners or information. 4. Documents must be scanned on the back as well if they contain any information, such as stamps, seal, or instructions. 5. Documents do not need to be certified as long as NZQA receives identical colour copies of the original.
